Preparing Hemp Tea
Pour approximately 1 tablespoon of hemp leaves into about 250 ml of water. If you are preparing a larger amount of tea, we recommend adding another half to a whole tablespoon of hemp mixture. Let the boiled water stand for a while to slowly steep the tea. The ideal temperature for pouring is approximately 85°C.
Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes, then strain it and enjoy it to start relaxing.
