What do studies say?
To go back to the very beginning, HHC was discovered in cannabis in 1944 by an American chemist. In recent years, there have been experiments with adding a hydrogen molecule to Delta-8 THC. This process is called hydrogenation and is used for various modifications, such as converting vegetable oil into margarine.
After it was found that hydrogenation converts THC to HHC, scientists began exploring how to convert other cannabinoids. The cannabinoid THC-P was discovered only in 2019. And so, from this discovery, HHC-P quickly emerged.
